Base Pricing

StrataVote is charged at $2.50 per lot under management per year, billed pro-rata monthly.

  • Minimum portfolio size: 1,000 Lots Under Management (LUM)
  • Covers hosting, basic support & unlimited meetings
  • Portfolios below 1,000 LUM may incur a small premium

Volume discounts are available for portfolios above 5,000 LUM. Please contact our sales team.

Setup Fee

All new sign-ons incur a one-time setup fee of $1,500 USD, which includes:

  • System configuration & branding
  • Motions, templates & user setup
  • Two online training sessions
  • Complete onboarding support

Onsite training, customisation services and priority support are available on request.

Q: How is billing calculated?

A: The $2.50 rate is per lot per year. We bill pro-rata monthly so you pay only for the portion of the year in which you are live on StrataVote.

Q: Can I onboard a smaller portfolio than 1,000 lots?

A: Yes — we may accept smaller portfolios with a small premium and specific commercial terms. Contact sales to discuss.

Q: What does the setup fee cover?

A: The one-time $1,500 covers full platform setup (motions, templates, users, branding) plus two online training sessions. Onsite training and deeper customisation are available as paid add-ons.
